Since 2024, Heritup, in collaboration with DTC Lazio and the CNR Laboratory for the Protection of Built Heritage and Cultural Landscapes at Risk from Climate Change and Extreme Natural and Anthropogenic Events, has undertaken a strategic journey with BUCAP, a European leader in document archiving. We didn’t just manage volumes; we created a cutting-edge security protocol that integrates digital innovation with the physical protection of millions of documentary units.
Our Intervention Strategy
We transformed the complexity of archival logistics into a dynamic and technological prevention system:
- Multi-level Risk Assessment: Scientific analysis of vulnerabilities across large repositories and complex logistical flows.
- Digital MSEP with Heritup: Implementation of the Museum Security and Emergency Plan via the Heritup application, making procedures interactive and accessible in real-time.
- High-Level Operational Training: Transfer of elite protocols to internal staff to ensure an immediate response to critical scenarios.
- Business Continuity Management: Strategies aimed at minimizing downtime in the event of an incident, protecting both the business and the heritage.
- ISO 9001 Quality Standards: Every stage of the process is Bureau Veritas certified, guaranteeing methodological rigor and regulatory compliance.
