The protection of cultural heritage knows no borders. Heritup was selected by Marsh Arabia, a global leader in risk management, for a strategic mission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Our task? To bring the rigor of Italian scientific analysis to a context of rapid museum development, assessing the security of strategic cultural assets.
Our Intervention Strategy
We deployed an international Risk Assessment protocol to ensure that security standards are aligned with global best practices:
- On-site Heritage Risk Assessment: An operational technical mission directly in Saudi Arabia for the physical inspection of facilities.
- Museum and Storage Audit: Parallel analysis across two critical fronts: a prestigious Museum and a dedicated Storage Facility, evaluating both exhibition and warehousing risks.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Post-inspection processing of collected data to provide detailed risk reports and mitigation scenarios.
- Specialized Technical Support: Working alongside Marsh consultants to translate physical vulnerabilities into insurance and management parameters.

A Journey of Value (2025)
A high-intensity, high-precision project defined by rigorous operational stages:
- International Planning: Definition of the scope of action with Marsh Arabia and logistical organization of the mission.
- Mission in KSA: Deployment of the Heritup technical team to Saudi Arabia for 3 days of intensive on-site inspections (Museum and Storage).
- Data Analysis: Back-office phase for processing the collected information and drafting the Risk Assessment reports.
- Strategic Validation: Verification meetings to present findings and discuss protection strategies.
