In the heart of Milan, the Poldi Pezzoli Museum houses masterpieces within an architectural context of rare beauty. Heritup, in collaboration with Arte Generali, has developed a specialized consulting project to raise the security standards of this institution. Our goal? To transform the fragility of a house-museum into a model of operational resilience.
Our Intervention Strategy

- Risk Profile Mapping: A detailed analysis covering both historical exhibition areas and storage facilities, identifying every potential threat.
- Safety & Emergency Planning (MSEP): Drafting a dynamic Security and Emergency Plan for the coordinated management of critical issues.
- Specialized Training: Transferring operational protocols to staff through dedicated sessions, preparing the team to react with promptness.
- Certified Quality: As with all our interventions, we apply the rigor of the ISO 9001 standard to guarantee processes of excellence.

- High-Level Training: Theoretical training sessions for staff on emergency management and team coordination.
- Emergency Exercise: Live practical simulation focused on asset recovery in the event of flooding, to test operational readiness in the field.
